alarm choice opinions from the experts

Personally I would go with the 791xv or the Viper 5002 alarm with pager. But if you would like keep it easy and forget the remote start, go with the 5002. Unless it is done absolutely flawless on the install, you will have problems with RS's. For add on sensors, 508D for sure and perhaps a Tilt Sensor. Shock sensor is built on board..wire up your door triggers and add trunk and hood pin triggers. Sometimes you can tap into a power or ground light wire in both to use as a trigger.
