Its a five wire. I do not know the colors as i do not have the wiring harness. Attached should be a picture from sonic. Closest pic i can find of the harness.

thanks, how many inputs are there?

3 maybe? for sub amp, mids and highs?

I am betting that there is one input, and 3 outputs, Front Rear and Subwoofer.
