Inputs or outputs are not what the OP is interested in...
Now... I can't see what wires go to which pins exactly, but the WIRING for that would be:
1: Yellow - Battery constant
2: Black - chassis ground
3: Blue/white - accessory or deck remote +12V
Looks like a proprietary harness connector anyway. It's a 5-pin Molex. I bet he's on the phone Monday to JVC ordering one.

Haemphyst thank you for the reply. Found the harness at JVC's website
CONNECTOR CORD QAM0013-003 for $9.95 i also need the TRIM PLATE
FSJD2019-002 for $5.11 and MOUNTING SLEEVE FSKM2004-001 for $5.86. But since i only paid $20 for it guess it wont be to bad. I figuered out the wiring the first top left is the 12v constant top right is the remote turn on. The bottom 3 first on the left is the negative connection the bottom middle and bottom right i have no clue. But it turned on. So again Thanks for your time and help.

Just because there are pins, it doesn't mean there's an electrical connection.
That unit is an RCA level unit only, so there will be no hi-level inputs.
The remaining two pins are not used, most likely, and since I only see three wires in the harness in the provided pic, I am going to assume there is nothing missing, connection-wise.
