Howie, i connected the RED / black and the RED / white wire to a constant 12+ and still no start. it sounds like it wants to engage the starter however it wont and then the remote buzzes at me. any ideas?

Looking again at what you did, harness H1, BLACK/ white, ground it, also if auto programme for auto transmission.
If still no joy after you do those two things, try an R/S with the key in the ignition, if it then starts, you'll need a by-pass.

Forget the last I kept thinking it was a 98. There's no earthly reason for it to have an immobiliser.

There should be a toggle switch with a plug the needs to be plugged into the brain and in the ON position. Do you get any flashes from the parking lights?

Okay i just got the starter to crank by unhooking the red wire off of the ignition harness and wired the RED / black to replace the red wire... but the fuel pump is still not engaging.
