Starter, fuel pump is dangerous, it might cut out whilst you're driving.

Phew! I thought this was an "engine kill" question (eg, for competitions, or whether no oil pressure should kill the fuel pump (LOL!) or ignition).

For liability reasons starter kill is the only way to go.  Fuel pump and Ignition kill can have catastrophic consequences if they fail at the wrong time.  If the starter kill fails, the worse thing that can happen is you are stranded with a car that will not start.  Fuel pump or Ignition kill failures could leave you dead in the water in the path of that semi you just pulled out in front of.

From a security standpoint, knowing that your vehicle has a manual transmission, it can easily be push started.  Not the most secure way to do it on a manual tranny, but it is the safest.

Ok understood! Do you use an extra relay? or do you just directly connect to alarm brain? Im gonna use Viper 5901.
I have to extend the wires to the back of the car to hide my alarm brain so im debating on using a relay or not.

Connect to alarm brain, the relay is built in on the Viper, green to key side violet to starter side.

Is it ok even with long extension to the back of the car?

My first thought was to do this ?.
But I have to ask why.
I might also point out that to be effective those H3 leads should be as short as possible. I always try and limit R/S output leads to no more than about 18"/45cm.
If you have space problems at the front mount under driver's seat.
