I have another question about the Main harness ORANGE Wire 500mA Ground When Armed Output. I am not clear from the above notes if this is through a special relay or just straight to a chassis ground?

Not sure if I understand the question.  Here is a better description of the GWA output :

H1/12 ORANGE (-) 500mA GROUND WHEN ARMED OUTPUT

This wire supplies a (-)500 mA ground as long as the system is armed. This
output ceases as soon as the system is disarmed. The GWA can be hooked up
to a window module, a voice module or any accessory that requires a ground
when armed.

With a limited 500 mA capacity, it is not a from an internal built in relay.

Soldering is fun!

So, if I understand you correctly, I would connect the BLACK 12v Ground wire from the 516L Programmable Voice System Accessory to this Orange Wire on the 3303 to complete the power circuit on 516L rather than conneting it straight to ground? The 516L also has an Orange output wire, so then that could be used to piggy back another devoce and so on and so forth. Is the correct?

No.  The 516L H1/11 Black Ground Input wire should be connected to chassis ground.  The 516L H1/9 Orange GWA Input wire should be connected to the Viper 3303 H1/12 Orange GWA Output wire.

If you need to connect additional devices to the Viper 3303 H1/12 GWA Output wire, diode isolate and observe the 500 mA current limit.

Soldering is fun!

Ok, great, thanks for the clarification. I get it now what the Orange wire is for. What you said is how I originally thought it should be but I got confused from an earlier response. This forum is really helpful. Thanks again.

Just use an ADS-ALCA with an ADS-HRN-CH5 T-Harness and make your life easy
As per Directtechs... The clutch switch is in the engine compartment, on the driver firewall.
Clutch Pedal black (in), yellow/orange (out) - N.O clutch switch, black 3 pin plug, pins 3 and 2
