Hey guys.... so i finish installing a viper 5301 in the mazda 3 2008. I know i had to add an immobilizer so I added the flcan and programmed it for the mazda. For some reason the system wont remote start. I goes through the sequence but wont crank to start. I put in the key, turn it to Ignition and remote start it and it works....
The Immobilizer wont program when its hooked up because its not weeing everything that is correct.
What do you guys think might be the problem??

So i was reading into some things. If i had accessory and ignition hooked up backwards would that effect the system to not remote start without the key and remote start with the key in the ignition and in the on position??...

I hooked the wiring according to DEI wiring. Like this...
12volts...................... BLACK/ red (30A)
Second 12volts......... Red
Starter...................... gray/black
Ignition.................... GREEN/ YELLOW
Accessory................ pink / YELLOW
Second accessory... yellow
From the viper 5301 alarm wiring I hooked it up this way......
RED / white----- 12volts
Red-------------- second 12volts
RED / black------second 12volts
Violet------------ starter
Pink-------------- ignition
Orange---------- accessory
pink/white------ second accessory this one is programmed to second accessory with bitwriter
What do you think?

Did you actually test these wires. An ignition wire will stay on during crank, an accessory wire will drop out during crank.

Yeah I tested the wires. It seems that second accessory is actually a 2nd ignition so I reprogrammed it back to ignition2, but kept doing the same thing.
As for the immobilizer I went through the programming sequence with the two keys the customer provided. I can get it to recognize D2D but after that it won't program to the keys when I put them in the ignition.

Have you tried remote starting it now with the key in the ignition but in the OFF position? If it starts, then you know that you just have the bypass to deal with. If it doesn't start, you'll know you have other issues.
