He shouldn't need relays for the motor wires to control all the doorlocks.... There are 2 setups available on that car...
Ill send you a PM with my phone number...

All of the wiring in my previous post is for a 2005 Altima. the wires are located @ the BCM which is on the right side of the fusebox. You will need 3 relays.

And r/s is an abbreviation for remote start

Any info I have for this car whether it has anti pinch windows on both sides or just drivers side says nothing about priority locks. Doesnt matter if you use the lock/unlock wires or the factory arm/disarm. neither require double pulse to unlock all.

So this could be done without having to get into the door panels and door locks?

Thats a directechs print out. Same place i get all my info. Dont see anywhere on there that says it will retain priority. All it says is the factory alarm disarm will disarm on 1st pulse and unlock doors on 2nd. Its been a while since I've done an 05 Altima, so I could be wrong, but I dont ever remember doing an Altima and having priority unlock without using the motor wires

Don't know if this helps, but the factory key FOBs do driver side priority unlock.

most factory fobs do. when adding any kind of aftermarket system you have to tell the car what you want it to do and wire it accordingly. I would try Extremes idea with factory arm and disarm wires first and go with my wiring info and the relays if that doesnt work. his info will be a quicker change provided the wires arent in the door.
