Go into driver's door, two leads coming off window switch, my memory says blue/white and blue/red.
This is unconventional but the fastest way to test is as follows:-
Obtain a bulb test light or even a 12volt bulb in a holder, from a wreckers/salvage yard, throw over the striker catch at the rear of the door one side to ground other to each suspected wire in turn, will activate lock and unlock.
The other more accepted and much slower method is with a DMM, red probe to a 12v+ constant, black to the suspected wire and throw the door key in each direction.
I'm deliberately NOT giving you the colours because I believe, not for the first time that the DEI sheet is wrong!
Extending the lock time (comfort close if you can program it)will close windows and roof.

Please do me a great favour and load a photo of either the rear of the ignition switch or the ignition switch loom.

here is the pic , those 2 green are 12 volts when i turn key to ignition , and are hot while cranking !
3 red are constant 12 volt
and violet turns hot when i turn key to ACC position !
so my connection from viper was
3 12 volts to reds
ign1 ign2 to those 2 greens
acc to violet
starter wire to black
Used the valet key worked like a charm !
Thank you thats second car you helped me Howie !

With a multimeter and the ignition off, see if those greens are continuous, i.e. joined. If so you you only need connect 1!

Once you do the locks that should eliminate the problem.
