Just wanted to thank everyone who has given me advice & helped me with this project. With the help from everyone the R/S finally works on car. So if anyone else is having problems with the DB-ALL on Cobalt, be sure to connect the starter output wire from R/S to starter input wire on DB-ALL. That was my only problem. So thank you again everyone!
