Okay, I did not hook up the second accessory, I will attempt to do that right now and get back to you.

They are all hooked up properly now. Still no go. Same situation where it cranks, but does not start. Again, if I turn the key to accessory and click the remote, it will start.

Sounds like an immobilizer issue then.
Does it still start if you just put the key in the ignition but don't turn it?

Yeah, I'm thinking this is an immobilizer problem because it does the same thing when I disconnect the immobilizer. If the key is in, regardless of whether it is in accessory, it will start the car.
I have re-flashed the immobilizer (xk05 with PKH3 2.00) and it continues to have the same problem.
These are the directions I'm following to program it:
VEHICLE PROGRAMMING
Section C
1)Once module has been properly connected, press and hold programming button.
2)
Turn the ignition key to ON position, LED should blink.
3)
Release programming button, module is now programmed.
It seems to be programming properly.
Just to add, I'm using D2D for most of the wires between the immobilizer and the remote start.

I just realized that I will need 2 keys to program this immobilizer. I won't be able to do that until at least Sunday. I'll post once I try.

So I've just been able to get both keys. Still not working for me.
Can anyone verify if I'm attaching the immobilizer bypass to the correct wires? I have the data wire connected to the RED / Blue wire on pos#2 of the harness connected to the key and I have the ignition source stepping between the yellow/black wire in pos#6 of the harness.
Also, just to verify, to program 2 keys, you just follow the instructions I posted above twice in a row, correct?

check to make sure the ground while running wire on the xk05 is getting ground when the r/s is activated

You're probably best off to use W2W rather than D2D between the bypass and the starter unit. It's a few more wires but its more reliable and may fix your issue.
