I have a question on the following wires for a Viper 5704 alarm/remote start on 2003 Acura RSX Type-S.

H1/4 WHITE/ Brown Parking Light Isolation Wire: Not Used?

H1/6 Orange 500mA Ground When Armed Output: Where does this go to?

H3/1 Pink Ignition 1 Input/Output: Where does this go to?

H3/2 RED / White Fused Ignition 2: Where does this go to?

H3/3 Orange Accessory Output:

H3/4 Violet Starter Output: BLACK/ White - Key or Car Side ?

H3/5 Green Starter Input: BLACK/ White - Key or Car Side ?

H3/6 Red Fused Ignition 1 Input: Where does this go?

H3/7 Pink/White Ignition 2 / Flex Relay Output: Where does this go?

H3/8 Pink/Black Flex Relay Input 87A Key Side of Flex Relay: Not Used?

H3/9 RED / Black Fused Accessory/Starter Input: Where does this go?

I see that Ignition 1, Ignition 2, and Accessory are listed twice in the H3 harnesses. Does this mean the wires get cut like the starter wire?

Forgot to add the following:

H2/1 Pink/White 200mA Ignition/Flex Relay Control Output: Where does this go, or not used?

H2/10 Pink 200mA Ignition 1 Output: Where does this go?

H2/12 Violet Door Trigger Input (+) - Not used? (RSX has - door trigger so I'm using H2/6 Green instead.

H2/22 Orange 200mA Accessory Output: Where does this go?

For H2/13 - H2/15 those are used for accessories? Like tilt, motion, glass break?

Download the Viper install guide from the "Downloads" section if you don't have it.  There are several programming
options that will need to be changed.  To change the Flex relay from its' factory default of IGN2 to ACC2, change
Menu 3, Item 8 to Option 2.  Other common options to check are Transmission Mode ( Menu 3, Item 1 ) and Engine Checking
( Menu 3, Item 2 ).  Tach mode is usually the most reliable.

I don't have access to Directed Techs as I'm not a dealer. I could not find downloads on viper.com's web site unless I completely over looked it.

This is the only thing I could get access to: http://www.directeddealers.com/manuals/OG/Viper/G5704V%202011-08%20web2.pdf

The car is a manual transmission. I'm guessing I have to press the brake, lift the parking brake, press a button on the keypad, and then open the door, walk out, close door, arm so the system knows I left the vehicle not in gear?

Yes, that is correct for a manual trans mode install.  You will need to run in Tach Mode, and connect the door triggers

to monitor the doors.  Also you will need to bypass the clutch pedal interlock switch.  Try using the Viper 5904
Install Guide, it's in the Downloads section.

H2/9 Dark Blue   Used for the bypass module if going in W2W mode.  Your car should need a bypass module for

a remote start.  Which bypass module are you using?

H2/11 WHITE/ Black AUX3, if used.

H2/18 Violet / YELLOW Not used

H2/21 WHITE/ Blue   Not used

For H2/13 - H2/15 those are used for accessories? Like tilt, motion, glass break?   No, used to contol optional

things like window roll-up / roll-down, memory seats, etc.
