Yes but you're asking questions which are totally irrelevant to your car.
BTW have you looked for the green plug yet?

Starter kill/anti-grind is built in, H3/4 and H3/5
Connect the red at H1/1 and the red, RED / white and RED / black, H3/2-6-9 to either the white at ignition switch and or thick white feeding the fusebox.
Connect the tach, easy enough lazy and you will get starting problems if you don't.
Door, trunk, and hood will be at the green plug you haven't yet looked for.
Is your car manual or auto? Ground the NSS or connect to the reverse light feed if auto, wire at handbrake switch if manual.
Now here's the clever part.
Pop the instrument panel cowl, two screws and then the instrument panel, 3 or 4 screws.
Look at the space behind that's where your brain goes, secure, stealthed and an easier wiring run, also failing elsewhere you can pick up door trunk and hand brake triggers there, no diodes required.
By the way two other points:-
If you have two ACC wires at the ignition switch just use the pink/ white for the second.
What's a 522t window closer? New to me.

Not sure, test.
Turn them on with the engine running, now turn the engine off.
Turn engine on again, did they come on?
If so just set your controls the night before.

Yes I found the green wire . oh ok so I don't have to use the domelight supervision wire coming out the alarm because my car already has built in domelight supervision .

The green Alarm plug should be located up to the left of the steering wheel, behind that u-shaped shiny metal bracket. It's usually taped to another harness, maybe with blue tape. It won't be connected to anything. You can break the tape and pull it down. It will have your door triggers(you can use the drivers door pin for your domelight supervision without relay), it has Horn, Trunk Trigger, and Negative parking lights. You should really look for that plug, it will make life easier.
Howie this car has aftermarket Doorlocks, so if he wants domelight supervision he will need to hook it up from the Viper to the car.

OK, good point, excuse my ignorance here, never seen a Civic in the UK without factory locks going back to about 92!
