Installed a rs1200 on a 05 ram . It works fine. But my brake light and ABS light stays on when it starts . The brake only shows red when the pedal is pressed. The hood pin shuts down the unit when opened. Also I noticed when I start it it doesn't start on the first try short crank, the second time it starts? Did not install tach wire, should I install it? How do I get the lights on the dash to go out?

Which bypass did you use? and what remote start are you using?  You are confusing this post with Ram and Trailblazer info

Yes I did connect both ignition wires WHITE/ red and white from module to ignition 1 and ignition2 And the accessory wire WHITE/ black from module to blue on the truck. I have installed a RS 1200EP . Did not install bypass , no security system on this truck .I will install tach wire tomorrow.
