Check your voltage across Red and black you need to see a good 12.5V+. If not feed larger gauge power wires directly from the battery.
Also a good anti-seize on the window channels, WD-40 in a pinch.

For window channels a good cleaning and some spray ptfe dry lube. Otherwise the wet lubes will attrack dirt. You can lube up the motor arm pivots and roller guides and track with white lithium grease in a can as it won't melt or freeze. If the rollers have frozen up they will have flat spots and will need to be replaced. As frozen rollers can double the resistence to roll up the window.

Thanks for that info Lurch, I should have said use WD 40 when you have nothing else.
None-silicone lubricant of the type you stated is best.

BTW, lithium spray grease does wonders for the longevity of hood pin switches and any under hood connections.

Spray ptfe dry lube in a can is expensive ($9 US) but it's worth the money also can de used on door and any other weather seals. It drys almost isntantly, and won't rub off on clothes.

Silicone free dosen't mean tack free, which is what the ptfe is.

Google Wurth, major suppliers to auto manufacturers, I believe Detroit based in the US and yes their spray is PTFE.
Everything from trim tools and radio keys to fixings.
