I've had pretty good luck without using relays on these using this method
Lock to brn/org
Disarm to gray (double pulse)
Unlock to pink (double pulse)

Sorry for the newbie question here.... Am i correct in assuming that these Sorento door locks are negative at rest and require a positive trigger voltage?
I'll be installing a compustar remote start & alarm system and all the arm/disarm and lock/unlock outputs from the unit are 250mA negative pulse outputs. Does this mean i will have to wire relays to each of those outputs to reverse polarity before interfacing with the car as per the methods described above?
Also, has anyone connected the driver door priority unlock in conjunction with the methods described above by Mike M2 or Buddholly? Will this work with either of those methods?
Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide!
