Just installed a Python 574 which is similar to the Viper 5704 I think.
The default chirp is "soft chirp" but even that is too loud for me.
I want something with a much softer chirp.
The full alarm can be as loud as it wants. Same with the warning chirps.
Is there anything I can do? I looked through the manual but didn't see any obvious suggestions.

The 5704 has Silent Arm and Dis-arm... Other than that... Nothing in the Programming ...(Soft chirp, of-course)...

x2 with Tommy,
Only ability to disable chirps altogether but nothing about making them "softer".

Thanks, guys.   That's too bad.
I think I'll consider making the chirps silent on a permanent basis. I didn't see any info on how to do that (other than one-time silent) but I'll google around..

You could try stuffing a rag in the siren. That might quiet it down enough for you.
