If you could tell us what year, make, and model of vehicle.

Then list all of the wires from the clifford unit connected to what on the vehicle.

Are the connections soldered or some type of clamp/crimp?

What do you mean by a keyless entry installed previously?  Is this something you installed?

When all else fails, Read the Instructions

honda element 2003,  no the keyless entry  came installed , and you sent me the wiring  connections diagram ,

H3/2, 6, 9, and H1/2 to White 12 volt constant....H3/4 to car side of cut BLACK/ White starter wire, H3/5 to switch side of cut BLACK/ White.... H3/1 to BLACK / YELLOW...H3/3 to BLACK/ Red...

H3/7 to WHITE/ Red,( H3/7 need to be set as ACC2 in the brain of the clifford unit, Default is Ignition 2. Can be changed in Menu 3, Item 8, Option 2)

Test and verify the wires with a Digital Multi Meter BEFORE making your connections. Solder and tape connections. Do Not use T-Taps or scotch locks connectors
