  honda element 2003  clifford 590.2 alarm goes off when  remote start and then shuts off,remote control shows door trigger., when it  is in valet mode starts normal.

You need to list your connections. Have you connected your disarm wire from the alarm to the car? What bypass are you using?

Seeing as this is you 5th seperate topic posting for this car,

Please list ALL of the wiring connection from the clifford 590.2 to the Honda Element and maybe we can see what is not connected correctly or what might be missing. 

Please list the by H Harness, ( H1/?, H2/? ect)

 Hi guys thanks for replies , I have used idatalink,yes this is 5th because when i write in the other topics nobody reply,thanks for reply.

H1/2 12V h2/15 hood pin  

H1/3  Siren           h2/17 break shutdown  

H1/5  Ground       h2/18 neutral safety    

H1/8 door trigger

H1/11 parking light this car does not have factory alarm I'm not sure if still have to connect disarm factory alarm..

H3/2, 6, 9, and H1/2 to White 12 volt constant....H3/4 to car side of cut BLACK/ White starter wire, H3/5 to switch side of cut BLACK/ White.... H3/1 to BLACK / YELLOW...H3/3 to BLACK/ Red...

H3/7 to WHITE/ Red,( H3/7 need to be set as ACC2 in the brain of the clifford unit, Default is Ignition 2. Can be changed in Menu 3, Item 8, Option 2)

If there is a disarm wire the car has an alarm. Check it out and see if there is a disarm wire.

I was looking for this wire but ICould not find, the wiring diagram says:
Factory Alarm Arm Wire: Factory Remote Only.Factory Alarm Arm Wire Location: N/AFactory Alarm Disarm Wire (-): Factory Remote Only.Factory Alarm Disarm Wire Location: N/AFactory Alarm Disarm but No Unlock Wire (-): Factory Remote Only.Factory Alarm Disarm Wire Location: N/AHorn Trigger Wire (-): OrangeHorn Trigger Wire Location: Horn trigger switch or factory alarm plug. The factory alarm plug is a green plug to the left of the steering column.

The best way to test for factory alarm is to open the window and close the door, then lock it with the remote twice (3 times to be safe). Then wait at least 1 minute, reach in and open the door from the inside. If the horn sounds, you have a factory alarm.

No, this car does not have factory alarm installed.
