Factory setup in that car isn't bad for a Bose. But the amp does need to be bypassed. You can tag all the wires at the amp in the front boot. If If remember correctly, the front speakers may all have individual wires exiting the amp, 3 speakers in each door, and center channel. You will have to get creative to retain all the channels (3-way crossover, 6 channel amp, etc)
Easiest way to get this done though is the Nav-tv Most-Hur997 module. $650... Radio, Kit, module, done in an hour...
