Is it possible that the remotes are not paired to the remote starter brain? Bad antenna? Bad cable from brain to antenna? Do you have a different unit to swap parts? to determine which component might be faulty? Just some other ideas.

Lets try this to see if the brain even responds. This is from page 17 of the install manual.

Turn on the ignition---no response

Press and release the valet switch 3 times...should get 1 Chirp and 1 LED Flash

Within 3 seconds, turn the ignition off...should get Short chirp, then one long chirp

When all else fails, Read the Instructions
