Go back to basics and check your wiring.
Have you tested your tach wire with a DMM, both in the engine bay and at the unit.
I've never heard of this by-pass but even if it wasn't working, had you correctly wired then the car should still start with the key in.
Frankly, like most Japanese vehicles even though probably UK built it shouldn't need a CAN by-pass, de-chip the ignition switch and use the green and violet power leads to cut the starter should be sufficient.
In your shoes the 3rd. option is a DEI DB-ALL flashed for your car.

if checked the tach wire to the brain and right.
The bypass only 4 wires that are used, and it is the same manufacturer as the PKH34.
the green and violet wire you mean the the ignition harness? if these are checked and are fine.
Even without the bypass the car would have to try to start but do not let the immobilizer not recognizing the key.
I think it will be broken my viper unit

Funny, I install 3-4 5X04 units every week and I've NEVER had a faulty unit on the 5X04 series.
Trying it with the key in the ignition tells us whether the by-pass is OK or not. If it starts there's a by-pass problem, if not check your ground (Massa) connection, check the voltage across H1/1 and H1/2.

in H1/1 and H1/2 are 12.33 V
https://imageshack.us/a/img560/2541/l61q.jpg
To bypass the CPU does not give negative pulse in the status output H2 / 9 (-) 200mA STATUS OUTPUT if I put a (-) bypass the LED goes on and is programmed with the key.
H2/23 in TACHOMETER INPUT 30v arrive in CA
I will ponerter all connections used and where I have connected if you have connected the wrong.
greetings and thanks

H2/9 only emits the NEG (-) output when you initiate R/S.
I would think you need ignition to program the bypass.
most bypasses work off a 12V+ constant OR ignition and ground (-).
The status output simply turns them on during R/S.
Your H2/23 Should read 1.5 -6 VAC.
Test as follows, set DMM to 20 VAC, black probe to ground, red probe to wire. Engine running.

the multimeter only has 200VAC and 600VAC scale, you mean to take the reading on the cable of the injector?
While not recognize the rpms in virtual tachometer would have to start and do not give off toggle switch error right?
Sorry for my English

Yes, told you that earlier, if you change settings (be careful) to AUTO and set virtual tach it should start if your wiring is OK.
