dball2 wont learn keys

my 2011 mazda 6 manual tran without smartkey will not learn the keys in my dball2/viper 5706 setup. I can get the car to go into turbo timer mode so the viper seems ok, but when i try to program the dball2 the light never blinks green when using key2go and when use the 2 key method with the older mazda firmware it blinks green with first key then i switch keys, it blinks red so i remove the key and then i connect the heavy gauge ignition wires to the heavy gauge positive wire. I do not have the neutral bypass setup but that is not stated in the dball2 wiring. I also do not have the hood sensor wired as that should only carry a signal anyways if the hood is open which is what it thinks by not having it wired. The only other wires not connected are the tail light wires. I did connect grn, ignition, 12v, door lock, windows, tx, rx, upper and lower can, accMazda 6 and MX3

AFAIK Key2Go is only available if you have a dealer account. Flash the DB-ALL2 Program to your vehicle Remove and re-flash via the Key2Go section and this part is the part that isn't available to the public.

I spoke the someone on expresskit website via their online chat and they gave me a login account so I was able to flash the key2go but it did not work. do we know if anyone has every done a dball2 on a 2011 mazda 6 manual, maybe it has a very specific setup?   Should the wiring of the neutral or lights matter?Mazda 6 and MX3
