I was reading forumn posts about second starter and ways to wire them. If I understand this correctly, can I take the pink/black flex relay87a keyside and programm it the second starter on my camry? It looks like its default is ignition 2

No.  The Pink/Black ( Pin 87a ) wire is part of a relay that includes the Pink/White ( Pin 30 ) and the RED / White ( Pin 87 ).  You are

already using the Pink/White for the IGN2 circuit on the vehicle.

The most direct way to power the vehicles Starter2 wire is with a relay wired as below :

Relay Pin 85 to Viper H2/  VIOLET / YELLOW (-) 200mA STARTER OUTPUT
Relay Pin 86 and 87 to +12V constant through appropriate fuse
Relay Pin 30 to Camry Starter2 wire @ ignition switch harness
Relay Pin 87a not used - insulate

Of course, you could use the Pink/White for Starter2 ( after making the programming change ) and then use the extra relay for

IGN2 with relay control coming from the Viper H2/ PINK (-) 200mA IGNITION 1 OUTPUT on Pin 85.  Your choice.

Soldering is fun!

No.  The Viper's Violet / YELLOW Starter wire is a low current (-) output designed to control an external relay.  Your Camry's Starter2 wire needs a (+) voltage.
Soldering is fun!

The violet and green or violet only with no starter cut on H3 handle starter one.
Yellow/violet handles starter two via a relay.
Yellow/violet to 85..
Constant at 30 amps to 86 and 87
30 to second starter. If a 5 pin relay is used, ignore 87a.
Quenching diode is required across the terminals, 1N4004, band to 86.

When a relay shuts down it generates a spark or EMP pulse (also a simple radio transmitter, "spark gap".
This can be around 200 volts and it can FRY all of the aux outputs on your Viper.
Thus the diode is called a quenching diode.
Absolutely mandatory.
