I am installing the code alarm ca6554 in my 13 frontier. I am having issues with the db all 2 instructions. The dball2 shows you hard wire lock/unlock into bcm pins 7 gray and pin 8 light blue.   I am using bulldog wiring diagram for my truck and it says lock pin is purple 5 and unlock is lt green pin 6. Why is it showing different pins and wire colors? The obd2 connectors for CAN high 6 and can low14...are those can low pink and can high blue? The nats connector says pin 4 cut the wire ..data key side then data vehicle side , is this wire brown?

The empty pins dball2 guide suggests controls the factory alarm as well as doorlocks. It lists light blue for arm and gray for disarm in the guide. Sometimes you need to set your r/s to double pulse unlock when you use the arm/disarm . Bulldog has you going to the actual doorlock switch wires which will not control factory alarm.
obd2 connector, can high is pin 6 and can low is pin 14
The guide does list pin 4 at the nats connector as the immobilizer data that will need to be cut which is a brown wire.

I saw a install video for this truck and it said it has 2 starter wires. The manuals says it only 1. Is there a second starter?

the nats connector is definitely only 4 wires/pins. if you're looking at an 8pin, then your at the wrong connector. that truck will have a light green 2nd start wire at the ignition switch. The rest of the ignition wires can also be found in the driver kick panel as well as the ignition switch.

If you don't test yourself you'll assume, never learn and make mistakes.

Good point howie..point taken. Go back to the old proverb. Give aman a fish you feed him for that day. Teach him to fish you feed him for a lifetime.

I used a relay and connected the second starter, lite green in the truck. The starter soundex sluggish without it. I have last issue and I have used multimeter, digital probe and test light. The red wire at the trailer harness to the right of steering column for park lights doesnt not work. It has 12 volts when you turn on park lights but not with the park light wire off the alarm. I have been working on it for 3 hours. Any help would be appreciated!
