Harnesses inserted all the way? Check fuses with voltmeter, not just by looking.
Maybe someone else will chime in on this.

Just to make sure, you were able to go through the menus using horn honks and LED flashes to change that second ignition wire?
So, the unit does do something then.

Also, please make sure you wire in the hood pin when all is said and done. It would be a good idea to put that toggle in too, so you have a means of disabling the starter. I'd hate for you to be draining your oil and you bump your starter button.

I think mscguy has you on the right track. If I remember correctly, the DEI units will not remote start without the toggle switch plugged in and turned on. It's a good idea to install, but if you'd rather not, a small dip jumper like those used on circuit boards will work in it's place. But just plug in your toggle switch in the on position before wasting anymore time. This may be your whole problem.

His toggle has no plug though. It can just get wired in series with the neutral safety, so the starter shouldn't care about that.

Take that WHITE/ blue activation input wire. Find a ground near it, use a jumper wire if needed.
Put your voltmeter on your ignition wire.
Briefly touch that WHITE/ blue to ground and release.
Does your meter show anything?
