Did you get a little install guide with your unit? How to do it is in there. Your car has 2 acc wires, and you need to change the programming on that second ign/acc wire. It's default 2nd ign.

Not using a bypass module.    going to do the 200ohms resistor trick on the ignition wires. Figured i could at least get it attempt to start but won't because of the passlock 2 system. Am i correct? Once it attempted to fire i would do the next step with the 200ohm resistor on the yellow and black ignition wires.

You say nothing happens when you start it. You mean no lights, but you hear a horn honk, no dash lights?
Did you get this unit new? Can you check with your dmm if you're getting outputs from ign, acc, and starter wires from the viper when you start it?

What did you do with that toggle switch?
If you wired it in, is it in the On position?

No no light no horn no dash lights. Did buy the unit new. Checked for outputs on acc, starter, and ignition while pushing start button on the remote and no no voltage present. Starting to wonder if the unit is defective, I've done everything correctly according to the install guide and your advice.
