yes i do.
i put the first key and then it flashes green,
then within 3 secs i put the 2nd key and it flashes orange.
then i remove the key and within 3 secs i'm supposed to remote start the car whie holding the program button on the dball2.
but my 2 way remote shows me fails to communicate with viper.
and the car never remote start to finish the programming.
i disconnected the dball2 wiring to get the red light.
and tried all over about 4 times still no luck.
thanks

Sounds like the remote needs to be paired to the brain.
I would go through the pairing procedure.

That would be the button on the antenna, called the control center.

thanks to you. i'm making progress.
i was able to pair it now.
and the remote responds with lock and unlock functions with parking lights flashing but doors don't lock or unlock.
but now i get error code instead on the last step of programming the dball2. first and second step is good but the third step while i'm supposed to hold the dball2 button and press remote start that's where it fails it displays an error on lcd remote.

yes i tried with all doors closed.with no luck.
also in order to get the solid red light back i diconnect all wiring from dball2 and plug the black then red then blue connector and press and hold the dball2 button and plug the white D2D and release button.
when i bought the dball2. according the ebay seller he said he flashed it for mazda2.
also is the programming necessary to unlock and lock doors, since now i only see the lights flashing on mazda2 but locks don't respond.
