Hi,
I Have a 2016 GMC Savana that has an avital remote start and a dball2 bypass module.
the dball2 is using firmware 402.GM11 v1.07
everything seems ok however i see a new 1.08 firmware that says fixed rpm status.
what does that mean?
im currently running D2D install so my remote starter is getting tach via the dball2. Is that the rpm status it is reffering to? does this fix effect my installation?
please advise.
Thanks,
James

Firmwares get updated all of the time. If the remote start is working there's no reason to update it. It could actually cause issues. What scenario will the rpm status become an issue? I doubt anyone in here knows.
