Then you don't need dome supervision. It's already there.
Wire your NEG door trigger wire to the wire at the light (or BCM plug) that goes to ground when you open a door.
Dome light switched to door, doors closed. Dome light will turn off after about 1 minute.

I will try that! Thank you. Would the alarm sound if a door is opened when armed with that connection?

Of course! Even with the dome light switched off. 3 wires at the dome light, one is constant live, one constant ground, third wire that switches to ground when you open a door is the one you want.
Note, test thus:- Ign off, doors shut, dome light switched to doors, should be off, open a door, that wire open circuit will then go to ground.
Identical to BMW, Honda, Ford etc. etc.

You can also find the door pin trigger in 3 way plug at the BCM, use the Soundstream NEG trigger wire.
BTW if your domelight comes on when you turn the ignition off you don't need to worry about domelight supervision.
Tach will be art pin 9 of your OBD (diagnostic socket).
Is pin 9 red with black?

No idea it varies. If there's a wire in pin 9 it will be tach. Google OBD it gives you pictures.

There is one in pin 9 if you count left to right top row, left to right bottom row. They are not labeled
Is that how you read them?

Wiki has an article about it, look up Google will give you a better idea, BTW that pin is away from the other wires.
Look for Toyota entries in the photo section, I'm sure one diagram shows you.

Or look at the front, bottom right pin 15 should be a constant 12V+ live, bottom left pin 9 will be tach.
