here is the diagram within the booklet installation guide.
13 pin:
green/white : rearm factory alarm system (did not use because there was not a factory alarm
green/black: disarm factory alarm system (")
pink/white: negative starter output: (did not use because I could not find a negative starter output wire and the car starts remotely without it)
red/white: trunk release: installed with relay
orange white/ orange black: out outs for aux: (did not use because I didn't have an aux in mind)
brown: brake switch
gray: hood pin (did not use)
purple/ white: tach
purple: positive door pin input
green: negative door pin output -detailed- " connect this wire to the door pin switch if it changed to negative when the door is open" (this is the wire I'm trying to attach to the dome light.)
6 pin:
purple: starter output
orange: heater/acc output: (I have not attached) - detail- this wire is 0v when the key is off, 12v in the acc and ign positions and off during start/crank
red 12v
red 12v
pink/white 2nd ign
pink: ignition output
4 pin:
brown: siren output
orange/black: starter-kill / anti ground output (did not connect)
white: parking lights
black: system ground
3 pin keyless entry
green (-) output for unlock
blue (+) output for unlock
That is all the information that was given to me.

You need to get a full diagram not enough info, you need either a NEG IGN. output or a status (GWA or ground when running wire to complete this install).
I think the wire you have marked as NEG starter is in fact NEG ignition, you can test thus, DMM to 20VDC, red probe to constant source, black to wire, should read 12VDC+ as soon as you press r/start button on the remote. BTW is this vehicle manual or auto because it might have to be programmed for one or the other.

All in the diagram, what are you looking for and BTW, you will probably need ignition 1 AND ignition 2.

So the orange in the photo would be the orange black starter kill of the 4 pin (anti ground)
