Which wire from the remote start do you have connected to which wire in the vehicle for your starter connection? Have you tested these for proper voltage when you try to remote start?
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Did you ground the neutral safety wire?

It maybe labelled as a parking brake wire, but it needs to be grounded. Black/white pin 13 of the 24 pin harness.

Then it's likely the unit's no good. Being as such, there is no warranty, as you're installing it yourself. It wouldn't hurt to open it up and look for something obvious.
