So those two relays require me to CUT the lock wires? How will this install impact the factory keyless with progressive unlock? Will that all be disabled?

Yes, you will have to cut those two wires. No, it will not have any impact on your factory keyless entry, and no, it will not be disabled.

Not that I want to dive into it, but I see I can set up 'second unlock'. How would one go about doing that with the 3305 and a 5 wire system like on this truck?

You would wire the first unlock output to another SPDT relay connected only to the driver's door lock actuator, then the second as described above for all doors to unlock.

Ah...OK. That's what I was thinking. How do I find these wires? I have a factory keyless sytem, so my lock system is in fact type B.
NOTE #3: Vehicles WITHOUT a FACTORY KEYLESS Entry Remote Control are a TYPE "C" Door Locking System. Vehicles WITH a FACTORY KEYLESS Entry Remote Control are a TYPE "B" Door Locking System and the LOCK wire is a WHITE/RED (TYPE B) and the UNLOCK is a BLACK/WHITE TYPE B), BOTH are located in the Drivers Kick Panel, at the Door Harness.
But there are only two wires listed here....what are the colors for all additional doors?

You will only need those two wires to lock and unlock all doors. If you want to do priority unlock, you'll still need those two plus the unlock lead of the actuator in the driver's door.
All of this should be covered in your installation manual.

BTW, please make sure you are verifying every wire with your meter before you make any connections.

Yeah, I'm thinking its going to be well worth the couple hundred bucks to have someone else do this while I wait. I can certainly do it, but I don't know how long it will take. LOL.

Depending on which wires you locate in your vehicle, it will be type B or type C. Having all the necessary information from the beginning can help save a lot of time and energy.
Bringing it to a qualified installer is a good idea.
