split locking

What alarm system are you using? If your alarm comes with the priority door lock feature you should be able to get away with wiring another replay to seperate the passenger door. I have a crimestopper CS2011RS alarm that has a seperate wire that is activated when you press the remote button a second time. To use this I only had to wire a seperate relay to seperate the two doors.

The alarm/RS that you have... what is it ? The only problem that I see is the hatch will unlock with the passenger door EVERYTIME the second button is pressed two times. That would mean that you will have to go and close the hatch door everytime you let someone in the passenger door. Please correct me if I'm wrong but according to your first post you wanted the passenger door and the hatch to be on the same circuit.

Another problem is that the hatch requires  a solenoid not a actuator.

Thank for the reply,I have a 99 civic hatchback, the lock assembly is the same as the front doors with a rod locking and unlocking, it does not disengage the latch so I use a actuator.Now on the other hand if it was a 92 civic hatchback it would need a solenoid.

Now I figured out the relay configuration for seperating the unlock into driver door first, and the passenger and hatch second.Just add all the actuators lock legs to terminal 30 on relay #1& the alarms lock (-) output to terminal 86. On #2 relay  have the drivers act unlock leg go to terminal 30 & the alarms 1st unlock (-) output to terminal 86. On relay #3 have the passenger and hatch unlock legs go to terminal 30 & the alarms 2nd unlock to terminal 86 .
