Tach is simple in that van, goto the fuel injector right in front of the motor.

hi

on the diagram for this van,i found :

ignition

ignition 2

ignition 3

but on the starter remote,i have just one ignition.must i connect them on the only ignition in the remote starter?

about the tach,it's important to connect it or not?if yes,how do you connect it ,if it is in engin compartiment, and not near the others wires-harnnes ignition.

the van has 2 ignitions wires
am not familiar with ultrastart at all. just use a relay and let it trigger by the ign one:
85-ground
86-run a wire from ign one
30-12volt
87-output ign 2
look at all the harness to see if you have a wire that trigger during the remote start, if so it might be neg(-):
85-that trigger wire above describe(-)
86&30-12v constant (fuse)
87-output ign 2
i dont know if tachless with work, but you have to switch the unit to tachless or else go straight with tach

i verified the remote car starter,i found ,after i hood the remote, the ignition wire had +12v for just 4 seconds, and shutdown .is it normal?or it must had a constant +12,before i hood the stop on the remote?

-igni wire from the unit or the car?
-if its the car, find that tach if you havent and learn it.
-if its the unit, recheck all connection. differentiate starter, ign, and accessory
***starter will stay on for certain amnt of time 4 cranking, ign will stay on aslong the rs in on, and same goes for accessory wire.

the wire is from unit,it didn't stay on-+12v-,just for 4 s.and shut down,i didn't connect all wires when i did a try. i disconnect the unit,i did the verification at home, without car.

i put +12v,and the ground,on some wires,conform to diagram,and test the ignition out,and found +12v after hood the remote,4seconds.

is the unit damaged,or must connect all wires to do the test.

i have as1515 sh.thks a lot of
