By the looks of the schematic, the relay needs to be between the 12v+ source at the ignition.

When you tun the alarm on the, relay can switch to disconnect the 12v power so the car cant start And vice versa. The acc off port wire also goes to the relay too. This must be how the car senses when the car is on to stop it from cranking over.

I think i may have figured it out burner.

Im going to try it tomorrow and i'll post what happens.

Thanks so much yodo,

let me know what happens, Its gotten really cold here so i'm going to wait till this weekend to try anything more, once it warms up.

I think i understand what you are getting at with that relay.  the +12V to the key ignition needs to be cut and the relay put in place of it.that way when the alarm is ingaged it opens the circuit in the rely so no 12v.  i was going to take a multi metter to thaat ACC out and see what happens when it happens.  I swear I'm going to redraw this diagram to help every ones else out once its figured out!

ok I have the ACC line hooked up and my Q is now does that "Ignition senser" from the schematic go to the ignition coil, or a spark plug or should i just try it on the Tach line?

Well, i tried to do what i had in mind.

I guess it was a waste of time coz before ,the remote start stopped working. When i try to remote start my car, the car would go on but it wouldnt crank.

So i thought maybe if i put the relay in it might work. Wrong! Just as i thought, i think the brain maybe the reason why. So im gonna get another one as the system is under warranty.

Burner, i'll post again after i get a new brain.

Ok I'm about to just give up.  I connected that black Hi-v line to a spark plug and the car cranked stoped and didn't try to crank again.  that solved but it still didn't start.  the other odd thing is the carm seemed to run rough with that wire connected to the brain.  Anyother ideas?!?!?!  or else what brand or where can i find an inexpensive decent remote start?

Thanks All

Sorry About that last post, CRAZY isn't it Remote Start keeps cranking engine - Page 2 -- posted image.

Ok, sorry but this will be a long one.  I will try to summarize the prob.

Please refer to the attachment on previous post for schematic that I may refer to.

Ok, remote start is installed except for one wire.  This wire is called, according to the manual, “Ignition Sensor” other notes around it “5-7 Circles on Hi-V loop”, “Hi-V Ignition Loop.”  “For diesel engine, Please connect this Black wire to the AC generator output (+) which recharges the battery.”  So I’m 99.9% sure this is what checks to see if the engine has started by using a High Voltage line such as an spark plug?!?!?! So I believe this is what happens based on what I have observed:

1. push start button on remote for 3 sec
2. checks to make sure brake is not applied and that hand brake isn’t high (I used a toggle switch)
3. turns on the ACC and ON relays
4. turns on the start relay, engines begins to crank for ~1sec
5. checks to see if “Ignition Sensor” is high
a. IF YES, Then engine has successfully started.
b. IF NO, Then it adds .5 sec to the crank time and begins at step 4

So this is what is now happening: I have the “Ignition Sensor” wire shoved on a spark plug wire I believe plug 1.  I’ve also tried it on plug 4.  The car begins to crank and after that initial crank it just stops, but the car hasn’t started.  It doesn’t try to restart.  So the unit must have checked that “Ignition Sensor” right after it tried to start and saw that the line was high, because the car wasn’t able to catch, you know kind of stutter, but during the start process there is still residual charge still left in the spark plug lines.  So there I don’t know what to do.  Secondly when that wire is attached to the spark plug line and the car is started by key.  It runs rough.  I’m not sure if its cause one of the spark plugs isn’t making a good connection or if its just because there is a long wire coming from the engine compartment to underneath the dash.  I believe it’s the second one.  So yeah, that’s where I stand.

SO I leave it up to the ever knowledgeable Steve or anyone else out there that has any bright Ideas!
 Thanks Thanks Thanks!!!!
