Okay, here's what I tried:
On the starter kill relay, if i got the key side and starter motor side wrong, all I would need to do is flip the two wires, right?
So what I did was I took the BLACK/ White (on car) wire, which was connected to the red wire (center plug of the relay supplied by aladdin) and reconnected it to the OTHER end of the BLACK/ White wire (which is supposed to be cut). The wire that was on the OTHER BLACK/ white wire (which was a white wire on the relay) was reconnected to where the red wire was originally connected. This essentially reverses the two wires such that this happens (on the starter wire):
Key Side----- Starter Kill-----Aladdin RS Out----Starter Motor
Jeff, what I was trying to show you was an incorrect install -> something that I did. The above picture, in this post, should be correct, right? Also, how can you tell that I wired it correctly?
Is it possible that the internal starter relay is fried? Can I check the output of the aladdin remote start with a voltmeter? Am I looking for +12V?
thanks for any other help -> it STILL doesn't work...

Finally, it WORKS!!!  The aladdin is now fully functional...

It appears as though I made a stupid mistake -> It was as simple as using the wrong wire.  Apparently on these cars, there are TWO BLACK/ White Wires of the exact same gauge wire - One is for the START wire, and the other is for who knows what...

All I had to do was rewire for the correct cable and now it works.  I found it when I was taking the steering column plastic covers apart.  Thanks for all your help.

On a side note - anyone who owns an Aladdin Alarm notice a clicking or ticking sound?  I'm just wondering what that may be...

The ticking noise that your hearing is the internal timer for the clock. The Aladdina-2000 has a built in timer for the programmed remote start and that's what your hearing.... it's normal.
