What is the location of the power sliding door wires. What type device can be used to trigger this? What about the wiring diagram for the parking lights and dome lights?
Thanks

Depends on what type of remote start your using.... does it have a trunk release button on it? or programmable so if you hold the unlock button for 5secs it will pop the trunk.. im sure you could tie the RS trunk release wire into the power sliding door.

Dome light? your installing a RS... no need for dome light supervision... or is it a RS/A combo

Parking light: use a DVOM at the headlight switch and figure out which one has power when the parking lights come on... that should be your PL wire.... tho it may be a negative trigger... or require a resistor to trigger it... so ya never know...

There is a wire in the overhead roof console for each sliding door. A ground pulse on these wires will either open or close the door depending on what position it is in. Use a meter to determine which wire it is. The switches for the power sliders should be in the overhead console. You must drop it down to access the wires. Some Windstars use a multiplexed system to turn on the headlights. If yours does you will need to wire up a special circuit using two relays.
