1997 Chrysler Sebring Convertible

awesome it worked!

now i have a new problem though :(

i never disconnected the battery and never cut any of the wires in the ignition harness (i had read this can cause the airbag to go off and/or the air bag light to come on in the car), but i did unplug the harness that had the factory alarm wire in it and cut that wire and spent quite a long time hooking the relay up before i plugged it back in. now the airbag light is on in the car after it cranks. it comes on about 3 seconds after the car starts to run, and it never did this before i put the rs in it. did i cause this by leaving that harness unplugged for too long?

is it safe to drive the car? or is there a chance the airbag may go off now?

also does anyone know how much the dealership will charge to turn this light off?

oops. i think i found the problem.

when the alarm went off last night i pulled out the fuse going to the horn so that it wouldn't go off in my ear again. i just remember that and put it back in, now the airbag light cuts off before i crank and does not come back on.
