alright guys, not sure if this will be deleted but, for all of you that have had encounters with cops that love hiding in praking lots, brushes, and side drives, whats the biggest ticket amount youve received and what was the distance they told you, personally the setup i used to have running, (2 eclips 1287DVC on kicker 400/2) got me a 85 dollar ticket from 350 yards away. atleast thats what he said

Framedragger, this was once a big conversation on the website.  85 dollars was a slap on the wrist, I got a ticket years ago in the '90's and it was for $125.

I received one 7 years ago in Bossier City, La. for $100.  A motorcycle cop told me he heard the bass and was waiting to place the music to the car.

I believe the amount of your ticket depends on how far away the cop was when he first heard your system, and also how many speakers you got.  My buddy got a $300 ticket on South Street (Philly), he had four 10"s.

2 12" L7's
PPI PCX-1500
4 6.5" Pioneer 4-way's
Kenwood KAC-6401
Lanzar Opti-Drive Cap

Don't know about that one,  mine was for $100 and I had 2 15's.  I believe each state has a different monetary value for noise pollution.  They say if they can hear your music outside of your vehicle, it's too loud.
