You need an mono sub amp that makes about 1000 w rms @ 2ohm mono. Thus this amp may be either a 1 or 2 ohm mono stable cladd D sub amp like last years Rockford 1000bd. Wire the subs like this when the time comes.

Whoaa there turbo. Just because the gain is at 70 percent dosnt mean its not clipipng. Try doing a search for gain settings on this site.

Indeed, 70% up on input gain probably means the amp is clipping badly.  How did you determne that to be the proper setting?
