I tested the two and sure enough the green has voltage, and the purple has none.  I have no idea why.  Is there any way to test the satellite or open it up and see if it's jacked or what?  I got it online from etronics so I don't know how it would work to try and return it.   Is it possible that I fried it, and if so how would that have happened?  I sound like a 5 yr old but if anyone has any opinions let me know please.  Thanks again.
you can test the purple and green to see if its continuous when its disarm.

I tried grounding the purple wire without the key on and it started right up.  That means the relay is bad right?  Thanks for the idea, I never would've thought of it.  Made me feel better though.  I thought I was a dumbass that couldn't follow directions, or overestimated my skill level.  Now to see what's up with the window module that won't work.  Thanks again.

After looking at it some more, when I cut the starter trigger and grounded it the truck started right up.  I cut it just before the connection to the brain.  Shouldn't grounding the trigger show a problem with the alarms brain?
