The Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1 is rated at a maximum of 350 watts RMS.  That amp looks like the Kenwood KAC 7201, which is rated at 230 watts X2 into 2 ohms stereo, or 460 watts RMS when bridged into 4-ohms mono.  It actually puts out much less at normal car voltage levels, probably closer to 350 watts than 460.  So as long as you are running the sub at 4-ohms you can bridged the amplifier and since Infinity tends to underrate a bit, you should be OK.  When you get a second sub you may be in trouble unless you can keep your ohm load at 4-ohms or higher.  And by the way, the "1400" and "800" watt numbers you are tossing around are peak ratings and have no real value in the real world.

thanks alot!

i now understand that these companies use these wattage terms only to sell the audio gear....so do u think i might as well just use this one sub?

Yes, one good sub set up with the right power will rock that truck.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

One sub is more than enough to add a little bass.  My single 10" gets louder than I want to listen to.
