No.  Not good.  Look above the pyle.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

well, if ur only lookin for something to fill the void pyle is fine, if ur looking for something that sounds good or will be relyable pyle is not so fine. The only thing I have ever had of pyle that lasted was a 1400 watt amp I got from a friend who wrecked his car, it was severly over rated, I'd say it put out about 500 watts at most but it was fine for pushing the 4 8's I had at the time. If you want something thats going to hold value and still be worth something and not fall apart or turn to s**t on you AVOID pyle. Check out JL, Rockford, hell event sony's better than pyle!

You can find MUCH better equpiment for that price.  Try here http://onlinecarstereo.com/ or a car audio shop in your area.

If you can get it at a HUGE discount (almost free) then go for it.  Better than no stereo.  But good lord, don't start a system like that.  You'll eventually need to replace everything if you car about quality sound.

Do you have a spending limit or budget on how much you're willing to spend?
