Hello all,

This may be a little soon to expect this info, but I just bought a 2005 Dodge Magnum RT and I want to install a remote start.  The OEM remote start unit isn't expected to be out till sometime late next year, so it looks like it's aftermarket for me.  I have installed a bunch of alarm/remote start units in other cars, but I don't really want to have to probe every wire under the dash to get this thing installed.

Anyone who can provide wiring diagrams, wire color info, pictures, or advice on this install would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin Saucier

After market is the way to go, the range is better, I have info on the 2005, I'll get to you asap. Just need an e-mail. General rule of thumb, if you want to test a few wires to see where you're at, the thicker gauge is usually the same, one wire multiplex lock wire system, and they sometimes have a positive and a negitive parking lights, which you may need resistors for as well. circuit, but I'll see what I can do for diagrams.
