Hey i have a 2003 accord with the factory alarm and i want to install a Karr shock sensor to it. Does anyone know of the instruction to install it. I have no clue about the (+) or (-) of the shock sensor. Just know that it's a Karr.

do you have a hood switch that will set the alarm off when you open it????
if so, you can use it as your - trigger from the shock....the red will 12 volts and the blk will be ground.
not sure how many wires your shock sensor has.......
three is all you really need....
Good Luck

Another person asked this about a different car. Don't forget a relay to disable the sensor or it will show door ajar when you are going down the road.

draasch was putting you on the right direction.  You need to trigger the factory alarm via the hoodpin wire.  AND.... which Karr shock do you have... LX-1?

Connect the ground wire from the shock sensor to a true ignition wire. Then it will only operate when the car is off.

I would ONLY do that with a diode.  Also...  You may want to make sure you don't hook it up to a door circuit unless you want to be sitting in your car... minding your own business... only to see the dome light come on every time you move.
