I just finished half the installation for the clifford on my prelude. I couldn't figure out how to connect the door lock switch to the alarm. It has 5 wires, so i'm confused. Also, the dual shock sensor included in the kit, has a spare blue wire, and when i look on the other end, a blue wire is jumped. What am i suppose to do with this. Any one have trouble disabling clutch? Thanks.

what year model is ur car?
look at the vehicle database, posted as stickie.
then simply find the drlock wire and use the 3 pin harness but 2 wires, blue and green for unlock and lock.
shock sensor, just leave it as is.
clutch, negative closed circuit switch. meaning when the two wire complete in circuit, the clutch is bypass.

think you don't need the whole 451m module.  It's for cars that need the extra relay.  You just take the green and blue wire from the alarm brain, and hook those up to the lock and unlock.

did it work? The manual saids don't directly connect those wires to the door lock cause it's meant to power a relay. Any one else got ideas?

I'm installing mine this weekend.  Hopefully someone else can answer, but I think the car has relays for the door locks, and you're just tapping into the wire that sends the signal to the car relay.

Yea, just cut the relay off, and use the blue/green wires. It worked for me. I got a relay to bypass the clutch. I have to work out a few bugs. Any one know how to make the autostart only try 3 times? or somehow make it so it doesn't crank as long if i have it in gear. Cause i tried it, it just kept on jerking forward like it was walking away.
