What the heck is "high voltage coil on"?

yeah, this is remote start alarm. the phrase is on the diagram, (this is part of the diagram)

the black \ yellow is the ignition side of the coil and there a blue\white is your tach signal,  thats  what i remember

Probably just the second ignition wire. Not necessary for start up, but it is if you want it to cool down your car.
