Not sure if this has been posted, but does anyone recomment buying that DVD set thats advertised on this site from http://www.glassworkzdvd.com/

I went to their site and I saw some interesting things.  I also see that he sells these DVD's on Ebay, but there's actually 3 sellers selling the exact same DVD's.  I believe the original guy is from Arizona, and the other seller is from NY & I just noticed one from Florida called 12vcustoms...

Take a look:

NY guy:

It could just be some guy trying to get more exposure. But the fact that there is no other way to contact the seller on the website other then email seems kinda shady.
I wouldn't mind knowing the person's name and what state he is in.

To my knowledge there are four places to get Fiberglass DVDs. The one mentioned already, Select Products, the one advertised in Car Sound (Jackpot Video) and my own set. You used to be able to get one from N.A.M.E. (National Academy of Mobile Electronics) but I believe they're out of business and have been for several years. Their videos were from the 93/94 era. I'll refrain from making any sort of judgment on the merits of each as I might be considered biased Fiberglassing DVD Set? -- posted image.

Hi.  I'm from canada and was looking into buying the Glassman's How To DVD set but only one of the three sellers above will ship to canada, and it's not the original seller (I believe it's the New York guy who ships worldwide).  Does anybody recommend ordering from this seller?
Thanks
Jomar

Ok guys, I got my DVD's yesterday and already watched them twice.  I paid special attention to the sub enclosure how to.

Ive got a little surprising news about this enclosure Im gonna link at the bottom.

Do you know, to make this enclosure, they didnt even use fiberglass to stiffen the enclosure??
They made the base, mounted the rings, and stretched polyester trunk liner material over the enclosure.
Then, they added bondo to the outside of the box, let it dry and sanded it down with a grinder using 80, then 200, then 400 grit sand paper.  After that, they flipped the box over, and cut out a section of the box to get inside.  This is where they mized I believe 2 liters of resin with an expander.  This made the resin really thick and gel like, then they added the hardener to the mixture, poured the mix inside and began to spread everything with a paint brush.  The guy claims you can get the resin to build up about an inch thick, no fiberglass mat is needed.  I found that very odd, but the box was solid!  I wonder how it sounded though, they kind of leave you hanging because they never cut the subrings out and tested the box.

Is anyone familiar with these methods they used??
