amp suggestions

Ah, I missed that there are three subs.  I thought you said you had two 8" DVC @ 6-ohms.  If you have three, wire each for 12 ohms and then parallel these to the amp for a net 4-ohm load.  But, since your three subs do not match, I would not wire them off the same amp.  A 12" wired in parallel with an 8" will overpower the 8"... unless you use a passive crossover and send different frequencies to each one.  Use two amps, low pass your 12" at 80Hz and bandpass your 8's in stereo between 80 and 120Hz.  High pass your mains at 120Hz.

Yep, I'd say that's a perfect fit.  Here's a comparison of some RF amps that would work for your subs.

It'll "sound great" as long as the enclosure is correct, and the car metal is damped properly, and the deck is a good one, and you have good speakers to play the mids and highs, and they are amplified, and the gains are set correctly...........etc.etc.

the 03 models are cheaper and i like the way they look so i was really lookin for an 801s you put an 601s i wonder wat the difference would be anyways but okay ill tell u everything i have and can u please tell me if its a good fit? right now i have the aiwa deck with the 2 tweeters and midranges hooked up and it sounds cleannnnnnnnnnn!! crisp and now distortion!!:)

i hope this enclosure fits it sounds good ive tested it with my pioneer gmx972 2 channel 800 watt amp and it would thump but that amp sucks!!!!!!! lol so i sold it!!!    but i hope this enclosure would be right cuz i had made one homeade perfect but the only thing i didnt do is calculated the cubic feet its a pretty big 12' box looks great!! but them rockfords wouldnt really thump in them but i dont know what do u think please answer my questions thanks mann!!!

i have a 67 ford mustang and it aint really dampended i think a dynamat trunk kit will do? but im also thinkin of rhino lining all the inside of my car even the trunk the floor and the headliner that way everytin is quiet and sounding goodd!!!!???
